Welcome! We, the Fehrenbach family, are delighted to have you at Oskar’s Chalets. In 2020, we transformed the heart of our home—a charming maisonette with a view—into a premium holiday chalet. With meticulous attention to detail, we've created a retreat that marries Black Forest allure with modern comforts: Swiss pine beds, an elegant bathroom, state-of-the-art hi-fi technology, and a charging station for your electric vehicle ensure a relaxing stay. In 2021, the second chalet was introduced—spacious, stylish, and approximately 110 m², perfect for those who appreciate design and quality.

Nestled in the heart of the Black Forest Highlands, Hinterzarten is a place where tranquility, nature, and indulgence converge. Whether you're setting out on hikes, bike tours, or winter sports adventures—your journey begins right at your doorstep.

Surrounding your accommodation are picturesque hiking trails, mountain biking routes, and, in winter, well-groomed cross-country ski tracks and slopes. Highlights such as the Ravenna Gorge, the Feldberg Ski Resort, Lake Titisee, Lake Schluchsee, or the idyllic Feldsee are easily accessible. For a thrilling experience, visit the BLACKFORESTLINE—a spectacular suspension bridge in Todtnau offering breathtaking views. If relaxation is what you seek, the Badeparadies Schwarzwald in Titisee offers a tropical oasis with a poolside bar under the shade of exotic Caribbean palms and a panoramic view from the glass roof. 

Culinary delights await at establishments such as the Hotel Heiligenbrunnen, the Gasthaus Engel, the Hotel-Restaurant Imbery, and the Gasthaus zum Kreuz.

Daily necessities are well catered for: In Hinterzarten, you'll find supermarkets, a bakery, regional farm shops, as well as quaint boutiques and specialty stores. A special highlight is the Rauch-Hüsli—a charming Black Forest shop offering handmade specialties and traditional crafts. Day trips can take you to Freiburg, the Alsatian town of Colmar, or Strasbourg. For families, we recommend the Europa-Park Rust—Germany's largest amusement park.
